Archery, horses, swimming, boating, zip-line, softball, arts and crafts, nature hikes, Ropes Course…. it will all be available for you and your family to enjoy at your pace. Sit back and relax on the porch, enjoy some conversation with those around you, or spend the day in the pool. You set the schedule. The only thing we ask is that you relax and have a good time.

SPEAKERS

Donald Patten, Ph.D.
Donald (“Donnie”) Patten is Director of Distance Education at Emmaus Bible College. He has acted as director of the online program (EmmausOnline) for 3 years. In addition to his responsibilities with distance education, Donald also serves as adjunct faculty in the Bible department. Donald received his doctorate from Saint Louis University in Historical Theology in 2005. He is a medievalist at heart. Ask him a question about history at your own peril! He is married 17 years to Sherri and they have two adorable children, Leah (10) and Jonah (3). Donald and his family are commended to the ministry at Emmaus Bible College through Fenton Crossing Bible Chapel in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. David A. Humphreys
Dr. David A. Humphreys is Emeritus Professor of Chemistry at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario Canada. A text book author and the recipient of numerous awards for his work as an educator and scientist, he is noted for the use of interesting demonstrations to teach in an engaging way that everyone can understand. He has been visiting professor and taught at a number of universities around the world, including leading institutions in Sweden, China, Australia and England. Dr. Humphreys is now commended to full- time preaching and teaching by Bethany Gospel Chapel in Hamilton, Ontario. He travels widely in a practical Bible teaching ministry, that includes helping Christians integrate the findings of science with the Scripture. He is married to Vivienne, and has two adult children and four grandchildren.
